One of the genuine highlights of my career has been enabling those around me to succeed. Through mentorship and career planning as a team lead or providing pro-bono mentorship to designers and creatives, I've done my best to set other creatives up for success.

Over the years I noticed a distinct trend in mentees, most are highly capable technically but lacked systems and frameworks for approaching creativity as a career. This insight combined with a lack of online resources covering fundamentals led me to launch Every Day Make an online platform providing e-learning courses on creative development. Phase one has also included the launch of an Instagram channel, which grew from 0 to over 12,000+ followers, 1 million+ views with a 14.5% engagement rate within it's first 60 days - completely organic.
