The Idea

Overview

Covid-19 accelerated an opportunity to transform the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra's digital ecosystem by giving their large library of pre-recorded and future content a home for fans to enjoy online, opening a new revenue stream and making the transition from a credible national orchestra to a true entertainment brand.

The work was extensive, creating the NZSO+ visual identity and multi format design system, design of the platform itself, alongside refreshed player photography and a launch campaign where I concepted and executed a complex promo video with full VFX integration, under extremely tight budget and time constraints.

Initial platform sign ups exceeded targets.
